Acceptance

A quote is an invitation to treat. A contract forms when you accept the quote in writing and, where we have asked for it, pay the booking deposit. By sending an enquiry through this site you confirm the details are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

The work

We provide professional observation, reading of production records you supply, and written visual briefs. We do not supply software licences, equipment, or employment of your crews. Access, escorts, PPE, and the completeness of logs remain your responsibility.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your logs, codes, and photographs of your plant. Charts and written briefs we create for a paid engagement are licensed to you for internal use at the named plant, including board papers. You may not resell our briefs as a product or present them as the work of another firm. We may keep anonymised methods (for example, how we group comments) for use on later studies. We will not publish your plant’s figures without written permission.

Confidentiality

Stop codes, volumes, and crew comments shared with us are confidential except where disclosure is required by law or by a competent regulator.

Liability

Our briefs are professional opinions based on the days observed and the records supplied. They are not a guarantee of future output, a health-and-safety audit, or legal advice. Our liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except that nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under United Kingdom law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek interim relief in another jurisdiction if needed to protect confidential material.
