Plant visits
Arrive for ordinary running, leave with pages the night lead will mark
A visit is the core of our throughput and downtime work. This page is the practical list we send after a factory manager writes.
Where we travel
We are based at 52 Copthorne Way, Camer's Green, WR13 7BF, United Kingdom. Most days on site are in the Midlands, the Welsh borders, and the South West. Further plants are possible when the study is long enough to justify the travel days, which we show separately on the quote.
What we need on the day
- A named escort who can walk the agreed lines
- Induction and PPE as your site already requires
- Access to the production office for the books or screens you actually use
- Ordinary orders — not a demonstration lot unless you say you want one
What we will not do
We will not stand in a gangway that blocks a fire route. We will not time people for a disciplinary file. We will not photograph faces or badges without your written say-so.
A typical sequence
- Enquiry with postcode, lines, and whether nights are in scope
- Sample week of logs, then a quote
- Booking deposit for studies longer than two days
- Opening walk, observation, records, draft charts
- Closing briefing on the hall where possible
If you already know you need the flagship study, read throughput and downtime study. If the books come first, start with the stop-code review.
