What we collect

From an enquiry: name, email, optional plant location and preferred week, the kind of work selected, and the message. From a paid study: names of escorts and production contacts, site rules you send us, and records you choose to share. From the site: essential technical cookies as described on the cookies page, and optional analytics cookies only if you accept them.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to reply and to quote. We use study contacts to arrange access and to deliver the brief. Lawful bases are steps toward a contract and legitimate interests in running a small professional practice. We do not sell contact lists.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for up to eighteen months so we can recognise a returning plant. Contracts, invoices, and briefs are kept for six years after the engagement ends, which matches ordinary accounting practice in the United Kingdom. You may ask us to delete an unsuccessful enquiry sooner unless we must keep it for a dispute.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. These rights are subject to the limits in United Kingdom data protection law.

International transfers

We work from the United Kingdom. If a plant shares records through a service that stores copies outside the UK, we will use that channel only because you chose it. Where we use a UK or EEA provider, transfers follow that provider’s documented safeguards. We do not send factory logs to an overseas ‘processing team’ as a routine step.

Children

This site is for factory managers and production staff. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
